i have a crappy digital camera but i could use a nice camera. hmm...

definitely a camera then...go for a nice 35 mm film camera..or if u decide to ask for digital..which might make more sense since u are approaching the college age..go for a Nikon..they have digicams that are fucking amazing...moderately priced too. that way u can just buy lenses as u need them since they all fit.
