I love my room for all its slovenliness and homeliness. It is small, and there is no place for my books. They lie in stacks about and under my bed and across the floor. Awesome.

I'm back from orientation.

My mother drove me to Madison on Tuesday morning.  I woke up at six, showered, and packed my things.  We left at seven.  The placement tests were at 8:30.  Madison is fifty minutes away from Oxford.  I arrived at the philosophy building after listening to my mom curse me, UW- Madison, and Wisconsin for two and a half ( Read more... )
