Hey, everyone! New to the community, but I've known about TWLOHA for quite some time. Anywho, after Christmas I am planning to buy either a sweatshirt or a t-shirt, and I'm wondering about sizing. I'm normally a small or medium, but I'm not so sure whether or not it's different sizing online. And is it true that there is a backorder before ( Read more... )

I'm usually a small or a medium, as well. I have a zip-up "Rescue" hoodie sweatshirt in a small, and it's a bit short. But I can't really be sure for you. *shrug*

Well I have pretty broad shoulders and a long torso...so I'm guessing I should go with a large, because out of the other comments I've read, they shrink pretty well. Thanks for your help.

Sizes run true to size for the most part.
It's all on American Apparel.

As for backorders, each item is different so you have to check on their site really.

ive found american apparel to shrink pretty easily...so if you tend to lump a months laundry in the dryer on high for an hour (like myself..) you might want to take a size up.

I'm normally an extra-small or small, but with American Apparel I had to order a Medium. I would go with a large to be safe. I pre-ordered a shirt a week ago (the Casey one) and I recieved it today. My LOVE deon, is on backorder and has been for 2 weeks now. I would assume that whatever you ordered now would not be here in time for Christmas. But if you order if now, you might get it shortly after Christmas. Hope that helps.
