I was going to say, the Disc's geek-fantasy central. DEFINTELY (I mean, only if it comes up) feel free to fourth wall Swing. As knowing he's been screwed over by time travel could be... interesting.

On that front, what year's he from? Because Hix is very, very recent.

The only two characters of mine I'd be okay with being 4th walled are Prince Arthur (only on the Arthurian Legend stuff though, not the tv show) and Spock (he's fair game).

Cobra Commander: HAVE AT. Cartoon, comics, definitely. Movie, ehh I'm not QUITE sure about. If he'd have seen it, it's cool to 4th wall. What am I saying, of course 21 would've seen it. YOU CAN FOURTH WALL HIS MOVIE SELF, TOO. I love it when he's 4th walled :c

The Master: HAVE AT. He's a big enough geek to know all about the Master. Juuuuust the show, though, not the audios/books.

West: You can mistake him for other Eccleston characters. If, for whatever reason, you want to have 21 recognize him as the bad guy from 28 Days Later, I'd just prefer it if he didn't outright mention the movie or West's fantastic rape plot.

SAM'S FOURTH WALL STAYS PUT. He's my only character I absolutely don't want fourth walled. However, you can mistake him for the Master or any other John Simm character 21 would know.
