I've only spent a few hours on Homestar Runner, and I only watched one portion of the site. That portion was the 'email Strongbad' section. So, my biased is: Strongbad.

Strong Bad is good and all, but I think Homestar jumps, runs, and kicks, the highest, fastest, and like nobody's business. Pom pom is just too one dimensional, Marzipan doesn't do enough, Bubs is ridiculous and has some good lines, but could not stand on his own. The Cheat has style, but I dunno, he's definitely a sidekick, whether it be to Strong Bad or Strong Mad. Strong Sad is fun to laugh at, but not really quality in his own right. Coach Z is almost the Jar Jar of the group, *shudders*.

Perhaps old timey Strong Bad though... hmmm.
