Ok, I'm going to opine about Speed Racer.

There's a quality that I like in a movie, such that if the movie has a few shortcomings (awkward dialogue, a weak plot, etc.), I'll happily overlook them. Exponential growth is an interesting thing.

I love the table that Wikipedia has that gives the estimated world population at various dates. It starts with a population of 2,000 in 70,000 BCE.
