According to their tour schedule they are. Although I can't figure out why the dates haven't been released since it is supposedly sometime in Oct, Nov, Dec. http://www.depechemode.com/tour/index.html They are releasing a new album too. I don't know Heather per se, but she seems awesome from what I've read of her journal.
