So I pulled a stupid today, was in the car and tried to reach behind me to get my wallet and tore the muscle in my shoulder. It is excruciatingly painful. Since I've been pestering Shiny* to take care of the torn muscles in her knee, I fully expect her to pester me.  After all, turn about is fair play

Parks and Rec has tons of swimming programs, even for kids Squishy's age, as does the YMCA. And I believe the Fire Department offers free swimming classes for those who qualify.

Don't just make sure he's not afraid of the water... *Especially* living in Phoenix, make sure he can swim.

for right now we are just keeping him from getting afraid of water...he got dunked the other day and woke up that night with nightmares. So for now, we are just getting him in the water and playing and having fun.
