When you had stopped working for that Earl, certainly I was happy - for I believed, and I still do believe, you could be happier were you not driven from within to fight the humans you also love." Zechs kept his eyes on Tyki's not allowing him to look away. He'd bring a hand up beneath the man's chin if he needed to. "But if you have that Noah inside of you, a part of you? "I know you never intended to force me to change," he said, reaching out to run his fingers into Zechs' hair. "I didn't mean to accuse you of that. But I also know that it makes you happy to turn away from the Noah, not just because you fear for my safety, but because you want me to be a good man. And I wanted to be that good man, for you."
He nodded. "I won't keep you in the dark anymore. I know you might not be able to believe me right now, but I'll prove it through my actions."
