I'm going to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl on January 1st, but I'm not excited at all. I know my thoughts are going to be elsewhere.

So marching band has started again. I have to admit I was pretty nervous coming into it, knowing kind of what to expect and it not being as excitingly new. Once we ran through The Victors and got out on our wonderful paved field, those anxieties mostly trickled away.
