I hate it when people are rude to airport staff because they think that technical difficulties or delayed flights are the fault of the gate attendants. They assume that for some reason, their lives are more important than those of the people who are, apparently, out to make their lives miserable

Actually it's Courteousness, but I suppose Buddhism and Taoism contain some element of that.
