Ceres and I just got a new cat named Dewey. On the advice of the SPCA, we're feeding the old cats, Squishy and Cinder, treats when they meet him. A notable parable:

One cannot growl in anger when one is eating treats.

Especially stole ones that we were trying to repossess. Like swedish meatballs.

never underestimate the snarkiness of cats. my cat would eat the treat from my hand, and then bite me right on the same hand a second later. NO MANNERS!
