I miss it here too much. Definitely going to start writing here again. I switched to Friendfeed, because I can email posts in and it's still relatively low on the social network radar. And by relatively low, I mean it isn't in the news every day. *rolls eyes* I can also email posts to blogspot, but I do still just miss this format and the people

Huh.. I didn't realize you couldn't post by email without having a non-free account.

(That's probably because I've had nothing but Paid account (after being an Early Adopter) for the last many years. :)

It's too bad, really. I mean I can upgrade to a Plus account, which I think is free, but I have this philosophical objection to ads being plastered everywhere. :)

I'm pretty sure that only other Free, Plus, and non-members see the ads, if that's any consolation--Paid and Permanent accountholders see no ads anywhere. :D

I should have just bought that permanent account when I had the chance. I've always regretted not doing that. I didn't really have the money at the time, though. Too bad.

:) Sorry, no real consolation. Maybe one day I'll put some money into this account. We'll see.
