So DC Comics has been engaged in a lawsuit with the families of the men that created Superman for some time. I've talked about this before and won't go into my personal feelings on the matter. Woah. Seriously? Right before they're about to launch a 12 issue retelling of his origin?

Yup, decision came out on Wednesday of all days. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this pushed back or outright canceled the new mini. Let's not forget that when the Siegels won the rights to Superboy, DC killed Conner Kent. Granted they brought him back, but only after they got the decision overturned.

Granted I still think killing Dick Grayson in Infinite Crisis would have generated better stories. But, at the end of the DC is a company and companies like making money.
