Things DC doesn't own anymore...

So DC Comics has been engaged in a lawsuit with the families of the men that created Superman for some time. I've talked about this before and won't go into my personal feelings on the matter. Yup, decision came out on Wednesday of all days. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this pushed back or outright canceled the new mini. Let's not forget that when the Siegels won the rights to Superboy, DC killed Conner Kent. Granted they brought him back, but only after they got the decision overturned.

Granted I still think killing Dick Grayson in Infinite Crisis would have generated better stories. But, at the end of the DC is a company and companies like making money.

Did you happen to catch the Ultimate reboot this week? Millar is back on the Ultimates, which can only be made of pure win.
