It's so true. I've been wanting to write down some of my adventures from the Watson trip, will have to keep that advice in mind.

The lab I work in focuses a lot on HIV, so it seems appropriate to promote AIDS day.

I don't really feel a need to tell everyone with internet access what is going on in my life, so I've decided to make most of my posts friend's only. Yes, that means if you don't tell me you are out there this journal is going to be pretty darn boring. :-P

I feel so damn melodramatic today. Poor Dan is having to deal with the consequences. I think I'm just too tired to deal with things well. For example I'm really annoyed that there is stuff all over my bed, but of course, I'm the one who put it there. Blech ( Read more... )

I have such ambivalent feelings about school. I'm excited because I get to see everyone, do fun stuff, and take interesting classes. But I'm also terrified I'll be a horrible proctor, and I really don't want to have to drive in LA. I missed my family and Seattle friends this summer, but, as it turns out, hardly anyone was in Seattle anyhow. ( Read more... )
