I thought I'd give this a whirl. I'm still figuring out all the customizing so forgive the lame appearance of this journal. I feel highly uncool. Off to fiddle some more and pretend to be doing PSU challenge.

If anyone has any tips on using LJ, please let this poor, inept person know.

Je t'aime! You now get the premiere position of "first commenter." (and there was much rejoicing). Yes, I really need help. What's up with the friends page? How do I delete things? I'm confuzzled...

I definately deserve a 'first commenter' award of some kind.
What, specifically, about the friends page? I mean, it's a place to read your friends' deep, dark thoughts. And so you click on the link that says, "Friends"...except you can't read their thoughts unless they let you. As in, they categorize you as a friend. And you can make your journal friends only. So that's exciting.
What kinds of things do you want to delete? Journal entries? Other things? For journal entries, you go to 'manage entries' and then 'manage most recent entry' after that, and there's a delete button...I don't know if I'm actually answering any questions, but this is what I've got. Hm. We'll talk in SRM tomorrow, so it's all good.

... OK, the friends page is for all of our entries. (The people you've gone out and specifically friended). After you've friended us, anything we post will automatically show up on that page. It's a nifty way to keep up with everyone. Deleting stuff ... you can go back and edit your entries, if that's what you meant. But yesh. All izzgoot. With your face.
