Ok... I'm trying to build a healthy routine. In bed at 11 pm, up at 7 am. Daily hygiene stuff. Morning work out (several different types of crunches, twists (my lower back is a huge problem area both in strength/stability and cosmetically), push-ups, maybe light weight lifting). Healthy breakfast and my daily vitamin. A walk, which will turn ( Read more... )

:) GOOD LUCK! my worst habit I think is staying up way too late and not being able to get up early enough to work out in the mornings.. Like, I have this urge lately to want to wake up at like seven am and get out to the beach for a nice walk (walking on sand/in water adds resistance)... plus that way I'd be gettin out of my normal environment and have sorta a nice, meditative morning every day... but nooooooooooo..what do I do? stay up till two/three am and wake up by ten. eesh.

anyway.... like you cared about all that.. but it's great to hear that you're doing this for yourself... you can do it! (rob schneider voice) :)

Yeah... As I was getting into the habbit, one morning I woke up at 5 am and took a walk until sunrise. It's really evigorating to walk at sunrise. I hope that sometime in the near future, Misty and I can go on walks or even jogs at sunrise. Sunrise... sunrise sunrise... yeah... stopping now.

The headboard? Yes, I painted it... Misty sat there with a whip to keep me going, but I painted it. heh Whether for pleasure or torture... nothing motivates like a whip.
