My internship ends on May 15th. I've had a lot of fun here, and have found something that I truly enjoyed. I'm definitely going to miss it when I leave. Hopefully I'll be rehired for a second internship in the Spring, but that's a while away ( Read more... )

Finally went to London. It was fun, it was for a day, and back to work once the weekend was over.

When I told a coworker that he's late:

"Yea, I'll make up for it by leaving early."

In Houston, and the first day of my internship is over. Not much done, did some required reading and chatted with new people. Everyone was cool and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Though everyone who worked there liked to stop us interns and tell us that we were way overdressed. Overall, I like it there. Now, just need to buy a new battery ( Read more... )

I'm way past being burnt out with so much left to do. Time for bs courses to pull my gpa back up or do what I've been telling myself I'll do and take at least a semester off to just live in taiwan.

Apparently the beers weren't fully carbonated, but once they were, both beers came out pretty good. Although having beer on tap makes studying just a little bit harder.

We've finally kegged the IPA and Red Ale. IPA came out really good, while the red ale was somewhat disappointing. Well, both were kits for us to try out. What we're really waiting for is the amber pilsner which we've used our own recipe for.
