ever watch the guys at those food court noodle bars and wonder "stir-fried noodles in 3 minutes that's liked by the general public, how hard can stir-fried noodles be?" pop some noodles in wok, add meat, crack an egg, bit of this sauce, bit of that sauce, toss, toss and flip into noodle box. i dunno, several attempts had been made, stir-fried ( Read more... )

hahahahahaha oh noooo. i love how THICK the duck meat is when you order a simple duck rice at coral cafes, i was at a coral cafe like everyday.
