I don't get to cook much, but I like it. The daughter and her fam are coming Sunday, so today, I made the potatoes, 5 lbs of reds, 1/2 lb butter, 1/4 cup minced garlic, 12 oz sour cream, salt and pepper. Boiled 'em for an hour and a half, peeled by hand, then add all the other stuff and mash like crazy. Containerize and refrigerate
