I'm looking at classes for next semester. I doubt anyone can help me on this but does anyone know anything about James Collins? He's teaching a linguistics course, but I've never heard of him. Also, does anyone know anything about Annette Richie? She's teaching social anthropology, the only info i can find on the website is that she's a PhD student

i have found motivation that i havent had in a long time by putting my time into relay for life here at ualbany.

Library computers are not for you to go on your MYSPACE, FACEBOOK, and/or sports sites.  They are not for you to sit around for hours at a time browsing your email.   They are also not for you to sit at playing games when you have a perfectly usable computer in your room. Right now I'm taking a couple of online/distance classes offered by ESC, and they're just gen eds for now, but I'm thinking about possibly transferring into the sociology major at Albany for a more structured classroom setting.
