Lasagna with Pesto Ricotta, Sundried Tomato Bechamel and spicy Italian Sausage --

( I was inspired to make this a few months ago recalling a favorite pizza from San Francisco made of Pesto, Feta, Sun Dried tomatoes and spicy sausage. I wanted to create a lasagna with the same flavor combinations but more suited to the dish. )

You wove three colors of handmade pasta into a lattice top? I kind of want to eat your brains to gain your power... what's a girl got to do to get into your kitchen?

heh - ya lattice work thats better than 'apple-pie top' :)

i just moved a bit north - but have a better kitchen now :) i'll ping you next time we have a foodie party :)

I've been practicing calling foods by their fancy names instead of saying things like "here's this bucket of stuff I made," that seems to go over better with people who don't know me and my kitchen as well.

I would love to join your next foodie party, social cooking is one of my favorite games.
