it's so true. greetings are every bit as important for them white people. my sister and i noticed that too. and they smile at strangers. which would freak you out at first, but then whenever i went out to jog, people would smile, so i learned to smile back. some would even strike up a convo.

try doing that here and it's one of two things. either you get soccer punched to high heavens or you get raped. or maybe you can get mobbed too.

i know right!? shit happens tsong. since when did i smile? even when i ran, i didn't smile to anyone. and yes, i went jogging. out of necessity. not out of want. i had to. or its back to morbid obesity for me. the states does that to you.

PASAKAY NAMAN SA AUTO MO! taena. mico geronimo, you're so big time.

Well Mico when I first met/saw you, you had SUPLADO written all over you. Hahaha. I even remember thinking, "Should I even bother myself trying to be friends with this mataray looking person?"

Fortunately, I was testing my "make friends" powers. Hahahaha. Swerte mo! HAHAHAHA. Buti na lang or else we wouldn't be best move-el frenemies.

I know what you mean. Americans are so fond so the "small talk". Being here in the US and all, I still am not used to talking to total strangers about how they are. Haha! So dont worry, it's not just us, it's us. HAHAHA! That didnt sound right. Hehe..
