Mocha goodness

Now that I've recovered the use of my bodily functions (I still want to kill Andrew and his stupid winged monkeys!) it's time for me to get on with my life, such as it is. "Yeah, my powers of mystical perception aren't what they used to be, and when they were, they weren't enough to predict the future, though they're better now than then," I commented, grinning slightly. "Er, yes." I set down the pair of caffienated brown drinks and settled down in a seat across from Tamara, taking a long drag of my own beverage like a Goth poet on a clove cigarette.

I took a sip of the mocha, and smiled a bit nervously.

"Well... I wanted to thank you for how well you looked after me while I was paralysed. I really don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for you."

"This. Blaaaaagggh." I made a weird face, and grinned. "Besides... if you hadn't come back with me, I'd have had to deal with monkeys and Andrew all by myself."

I smiled.
