Friday was quite enjoyable, hopefully an event to be repeated, perhaps culminating in the watching of entire movies rather than simply the dance fragments. As a random piece of information, the mullet-clad blond dancer in Flashdance and Penny from Dirty Dancing were the same actress.

Were you able to find a decent recipe or an adequate way to cook your overabundance of eggplant on Saturday? I find it amusing the Elisa would bring over one of the few naturally purple foods.

It actually turned out that the eggplant had gone bad. So we just had a bunch of zuchinni to use up. So we made pasta with zuchinni, chicken, and mushrooms, it was good.
