In regards to Samehada, she usually only eats chakra from, well, people who aren't me. She's had enough of my chakra to the point that she's sick of it. I wouldn't be surprised if she's been trying to leech a little of yours and that's why I've been scooting her closer to your bed at night.
As far as your brother goes, we can always tie up that loose end while we're in the neighborhood...you know, relieve him of the perpetual humiliation that defines his existence.
