Incidents give way to decisions which ultimately lead to solutions in one way or another. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. In my case, I'm not sure which it will be. As the weeks begin to fly rapidly by and the warm air currents of summer begin to dissipate, I feel that time is running out. With the first cool evening last week ( Read more... )

in all reality, changes sometimes are good, but also can be bad. don't make changes without talking to people who are observing the situation, then it. Its usually a different perspective.

and to your attitude of giving up.

retreat isn't the safest way, it allows the enemy to move closer. Sometimes the safest way is to stand your ground and let your enemy know, you will not be shaken.

meh not all enemies are aggressive though. some like to lurk in the distance wait for those to make a bold and confident step outside of the safety box. so why not stay within the confines of solitude?

What kind of enemy would stay back when he has his opponnent on the run? to me this is a far fetched idea. When you have them on the run, you make sure they keep running. To me your idea sounds like something of Bush's war plan (to stop when we have the enemy on the run) or every french war plan (when we start lose, well, we lose)

Are you coming out here for Thanksgiving? Eric and Talia are coming for a whole week, you should try and come so we can all hang out! It's been years since we've all been in the same place at the same time.

I just started my new position at Target (I finally got a promotion) and it demands quite a bit of my time, so I'm not sure if I can. At least I'd like to come for the first half of the week. Dad told me that Eric wasn't coming until wednesday night of that week and that I would miss him or something like that... unless plans have somehow changed

Yeah, they are now coming from Monday to Monday, or Sunday to Monday. Either way, they'll be there several days before Thanksgiving. They just weren't sure that Talia would be able to get all the extra time off work, but it worked out.
