Spent some time trying to paint some flowers to give my mom on mother's day. Is not turning out well... makes me feel very rusty. Or maybe I'm just not good at flowers, lol. She's coming down next friday, so I have a week to make it work one way or another. Oh, and to finally clean my entire apartment. I am currently procrastinating on doing that,

Yeah. When I was painting all the time, I constantly saw improvements in my abilities. My fear is that I'll lose everything that I worked so hard for through inactivity. Like, I was training all the time, but didn't make it to the Olympics. So I gave up; now I'm a coach potato. Use it or lose it, the saying goes. :(
