Hour Five and one half:  Took out the gauze.  Had another pill.  Jaw is sore, but the pain isn't bad at all.  I feel kinda weird with the meds.  Like I don't think I should go and try driving a tractor.  Especially since I don't own a tractor.

Day One:

Hour Three - the medication is wearing off. My jaw hurts. I'm drooling. My tongue is numb. I talk like the preacher from Princess Bride. Mawwiage. Wuv. Twu wuv. I just took my first Hydrocodone Tylenol blend. So far, no effect. Ow.

I'm getting two wisdom teeth pulled on Monday. They wouldn't do them all at once because we have questionable dental insurance. Cigna won't cover 4 teeth at once. Even though it's better for the patient. Even though it's cheaper for them in the long run. So after Monday I'll have to go back to the regular dentist and get another referral back ( Read more... )
