I get dizzy and really tired from not eating. it's hard to keep up after more than a few days. I don't know much about olestra products, but i'll keep an eye out.
I have a generalized anxiety so I think that often counteracts the tiredness I probably should be feeling from restricting, however I have started noticing memory problems. Like I put down some fizzy water that I bought and later I saw them and was like, oh I didn't know I had some left I shouldn't have bought anymore... and it was like 2 minutes after I came in and put them away... also I had wanted to bring something with me to school today and then I couldn't remember for the life of me what it was... I still can't remember. I dunno, anyway my STG is 125 my STG2 is 120 then LTG1 118 LTG2 is 115... 118 may be enough but I'm not sure... it depends how I feel when I get there... where are you at now?
:) I know exactly what you mean, with the being dizzy you feel more motivated. I love that feeling, and the burning feeling in your stomach when you're really hungry! <3
yeah I haven't been feeling that way so I wonder if that means I am eating to much... I mean I love to feel it to know its happening, but then after that It just gets to me, sometimes I fall over when I get like that or just sorta black out for a second or two..
