So I was glancing through photos of mine recently when it dawned on me that I have no record of my life other than my writing. I use my photography for art, but can't it also serve the purpose of memories? So I decided to take my camera everywhere with me and snap pictures of whatever/whoever catches my eye

Those ARE great - I wish I could see the prints. Courtney looks like she should be in a movie or something.

I am the exact opposite of you when it comes to meeting people. I probably would have just sat there and looked at the woman and wondered about what her life was like. How do you START a conversation with a complete stranger? How do you keep up a conversation, with anybody??? Perhaps you should train me in the art of talking.
