The Next Big Step

Well, I'm posting again. Ever since recovering from PTSD with EMDR, the feeling of need to post disappeared. I'm posting tonight because I'm about to embark on the next step of recovery. I was told by two therapists to return to where the road diverged. After over 17 years in Minnesota, I'm going home, but my mind seems to be fighting the process

Well, change is not always bad. Sometimes it is a very good thing. Stay optimistic. This change could be an upswing for you. :)
