So now at least we're back on track, I'd rather be a little lighter but I will definitely accept this loss. I was worried that Lent would be problematic for me since on Friday I often eat fried fish however with some proper food budgeting so far it has not been of issue. Im so excited for you to start TTC. Do you like myfitnesspal? Do you pay for it? I've been using LoseIt! since I hit my phone in January and I've lost 5 lbs with it so far. My goal is one lb per week, so I get about 1550 calories a day. I'm pretty much always at least 200-300 calories under that each day, though. I really like the app.

Myfitnesspal is a free app, I learned about from people at work. My psychiatrist actually suggested LoseIt! to me before I bought my smartphone but I had heard so many people talking about Myfitnesspal. I think once we conceive I will go crazy trying to find out how many calories I need to add a day or week/trimester so I don't go overboard with gaining weight. Exception for if I am pregnant when we go to the Minnesota State Fair. That day will be a free for all :)

Your doctor should be able to advise on how many extra calories you need. You may not need any extra, actually. Now, when the pregnancy hunger takes over, you won't be thinking about the numbers anyway, haha.
