Congratulations! That's a big achievement. joeyhemlock is starting to really think about diet and exercise and he weighs 350#, so this is super inspiring. Though, I doubt he'll ever go hard-core and eat yogurt for dinner. :)
Yeah, it would... I'll be happy with 225 or 230, but I really wonder what I'd look like at 220. Heck, J., I'm impressed with how good you look in the pictures I've seen of you since you've started working out - I remember how skinny you were when we first met! :)
That's most of the reason I make that comment. When we met, I was pretty much the thinnest I've ever been and probably would only be thinner when I'm hitting my advanced old age. I was down to pretty much my "base skeletal build" - i.e. bones with a tiny bit of muscle on it. Among other things, it told me that the smallest pants I'd ever wear would be a size 35. :-)
I think your frame would probably be similar at around 200 so 225 would still be very lean for you.
I did a filter shuffle. This is me at 230 and a bit too much of a gut for my tastes. :-)
