Festival Fun !

Getting peeved with not being organised on the festival front, so started making so headway.

I'm definitely doing :

WGW - Whitby - 21-27 April

Already got ticket and booked cottage. Will drive up via Leeds and have Amanda staying in the other room, so apart from the drive, this is all sorted.

Yeah....I wander arround a bit on my travels. Nottingham and Bedford this week. But i have plans for London sometime soon.

I almost made it to D&B on saturday....got as far as Camden !

Wow....Doesn't clash....£15 thats a bit pricy !!!

Norfolk....Thats an hour and a halfs drive. Includes camping. Not sure about the cricket, but real ale sounds good.

All those 'bands' for free....It does indeed look fun. Penciled into the diary. Do you need to book anything or turn up and pitch ?

I'm rather tempted by Waregem - there are several bands I'd like to see, and I heard good things about it last year (I've already got M'era Luna, WGT and the October Whitby planned).

Well there are a few options with this one. Driving as mentioned is quite easy. But the train is also quite nifty. Eurostar tickets to Brussels i belive include onward journey in Belgium for that day. So while it may be quicker to go to lille (france) and on. Via Brussels is cheaper. I know of people who did this last year !
