There's an Starbucks in the gym across the street from my apartment, and there's always a sign on the corner directing people to it. You know, I generally have to shove through mobs of unruly people on Bloor Street West on my way to get groceries at the Dufferin Mall, but this evening was unusual because of all the zombies I encountered on the way. It all makes sense now!

All plans to leave my air conditioned apartment get canned when it's 37 degrees with the humidity outside.

And people wonder why I didn't do all too much with my time in Toronto this summer.

Yesterday afternoon there was a bunch of yelling outside my window but I don't pay attention to it anymore because it's usually drunk university students. My roommate came into my room to point out that the commotion was coming from about 20 naked people riding bikes down Spadina, escorted by a fully-clothed cop "at the rear."
