I'm debating buying a used PSP 2000 for $75 so I can play Final Fantasy Dissidia...Hmm...I don't think I need a PSP Go or a 3000, any PSP owners care to share their thoughts!?
psp go is nice, and I might get one later, but with psp 2000 you can modify it play alot more games. I have Dissidia and its a really fun game with great graphics. Also later on in the game you can unlock more characters. As of right now Dissidia isn't for psp go, but more than likely it will be later on. $75 is a pretty good deal for a psp. I say get it. ^^
Fucking hell, I looked up all this stuff about custom firmware and crap and the guy I'm buying from is clueless on it all, he never got into the hacking. It looks like I will have to set aside a few hours to see what I can do with it. Ideally, I should be able to play the English Dissidia for free if I can get the firmware to work. lol Haven't bought it yet though.
Omg thanks for all the info guys! I did some research and it looks like there isn't a ton of difference between 2000 and 3000, so I'll go with the used 2000. I'm sure it will bite me in the ass but it's close to half price plus they're throwing in a bunch of extras like car chargers, whatever lets you play it on your tv, headset/mic, etc.
I played FF Tactics for the Playstation on an emulator, fun game no doubt, but eh I don't want to buy it. <3 KH games, a psp KH could be nice. Crisis Core I pretty much know what happens already, but playing it is a different story.
The GO vs older versions seems pretty hit or miss, going with the cheaper one! Thanks again everyone except Flanx, I should delete your comment.
