in front of the cute vet Gaston by pooing the smelliest poo ever on his nice clean table.  she was not happy but it appears the lumps are abcesses and were squeezed, cleaned and she has some anti biotics to take and i have to try to bathe her with  some salt water. this could be a challenge.  her back legs are going a bit but not much we can do

Well, just going by my lot I'd say the three most common are cancer, respiratory problems, and abcesses...what did he have?

tumours/cancer was number 2, and respiratory problems number 3, now going by my lot i would have mites in there but no....number 1 was mange, i mean seriously, MANGE. the only people who have rats with mange are pets at home and they dont go to the vets.

glad you agree, i did think afterwards that i had been lucky and not managed to get mange. but i have never heard anyone else have mange either, apart from the odd rescue
