it was a lovely sunny day here so i gave all the rat cages a really good scrub and swapped the oldies into the freddy so the tom is now empty for bubbas. i have been worrying about Oregon and her back legs, so it made sense to put her and her pals in the freddy. wasnt there some nutter on a forum who said the freddy wasnt big enough for rats?? and ( Read more... ) -

bleh

new rats
i have 2 little tiny kittens coming, its so exciting i havent had bubbas for ages, so thinking of names a lot, do i stick with USA names? i still have Mississippi and Pennsylvania to use and kind of like Milwaukee, not a state but good name anyway. or do i try something completely different? i like the idea of giving them completely out there ( Read more... ) -
watching anime
i have been watching Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex and quie enjoying it. Visually a lot of it looks amazing not disney cartooney and the stories make more sense than i was expecting. the characters are developing slowly and to have a strong female in charge is great, but why doesnt she own any clothes, she spends her whole time in ( Read more... ) -

books and rat names
i have recently read Matter by Iain M Banks, has anybody else on here read any of his? i love the way his culture space ships are named, and would love to name my next lot of rats in a similar way.
if you havent read them this will mean nothing, and i apologise for that.
