I have had some real lower-back pain (LBP) which I'm sure is stuff that 50+y.o. get when they lift heavy stuff forgetting their age and how heavy the object they're lifting is.

Kinda scary considering how I'm 26 now, still consider myself relatively young, but how I'm needing to walk like I have a stick down my shirt. Hmmm...

A flyer I got while walking to work indicated a $80 return air fare from Tokyo to Gold Coast, Australia by Jetstar, a cut-cost airline owned by QANTAS Airways. This excludes $240 fuel surcharge and few tens of dollars for use of airport but still, for this amount of money I get a lot of service.
