Once again I'm up near dawn writing a speech. I feel bad about this one, though. I'll get a passing grade for sure, probably a B so long as I deliver it alright, but I actually wanted to do this speech justice. So I've got a rouine to follow at Spectrum Club now. I'm going to meet with a personal trainer for 1 hour every Monday, and do followup visits every Wednesday and Friday. Right now my body aches, but it feels so good while I'm there working out, and I can tell that it will feel good in the long-run as well, so i'm gonna keep going there. I see ( Read more... )
