I'm very excited. I ran 5.77km yesterday in 41 minutes. First 5 km run since my injury! I'm quite shocked as I didn't think that I was going to be able to make it to 5km at all. The 0.77 extra was some walking that I did to warm up and a bit in the middle...but kept going after 5km so I could actually say that I actually ran 5km! yay!

i'm fine, just a giant stressball.

my contract runs out in about 30 days. with my timing of my trip home it makes difficult to find a new permanent job. "hey yeah give me a job, but oh i need to leave for 5 weeks after only working for a few weeks".
