I made a wish today when I saw the clock was 11:11, like someone once told me to do. Not a minute later, my phone rang, and the other end of the line told me, in so many words, that my wish had come true.  Its like the time I was 6 and wished for a swing set, and a year later got it! So I've been neglecting my health lately- aside from eating well everything else I've been doing has been very destructive.

• Hookah 5 + times a week
• Drinking (in moderation) 4+ times a week
• Diet Coke 100 + times per week
• Sleep <6 hours a night

I was on a tour with a bunch of people to some organization and its building spanned the world. It had different climates and curved across the ocean.
