Really? I didn't know you were a vegetarian. Is that newish?

When I was wee I used to eat apples in their almost-entirety. I actually really liked the seeds. I never did stems or the strange sharp encasing that the seeds are in. If I tried I would end up with a sliced lip and a fearietale blood apple.

I usually candy my citrus peels. Orange and grapefruit I have found are the best).

Always find out before you peel. Never peel potatoes all nutrition is right under the skin. Simply wash the dirt off. Almost all nourishment on a carrot is at the tops. Very bitter but very filled with vitamins. You may already know these two. Almost all flowering plant leaves are dangerous, at least around here, so be careful there if you like flowers on your salad. The candied fruit idea is great! Recipe Rachel?

I second the kiwi. It grosses people out but it is more satisfying on a sort of animalistic level to just bite into one with gusto.

I like the white part of a watermelon that is really close to the rind, but I don't know if I would eat the hard green outside-part.
