So, I gave up caffine about 2 months ago but I had regular coffee around 5pm today and I am not getting sleepy at ALL! I can't believe how much regular coffee I used to drink and got used to it! Well, this week I am doing a fast to cleanse my systems and get back on track with eating. I generally don't eat poorly but with the holidays and all the wine, I kind of went crazy!
