Is tomorrow really the 30th? Time's flown by actually now that I think of it. In a really slow way. Morag can I start thinking about the holiday's now? December is just around the corner, and you said September was far too early. I think I'll start thinking about Christmas lights. They usually cheer me up quite a bit

I can't imagine forgetting my own birthday! I love birthdays too much!

I think after a certian point they're just another day to be honest.. I don't particularly believe in birthdays to be honest.

You don't believe in birthdays? How does that work? Do you not believe in celebrating all anniversaries or just the anniversary of your birth?

I didn't do anything to be born, personally I think that mother's should be celebrated on their children's birthday. Then again my mother never understood that and didn't let me buy her something. Though I tend not to share this opinion and just partake in whoever's birthday it is because most people don't understand it.

Birthdays are rather pointless. Mine is coming up soon as well.

I have the perfect gift for you, Chase! Blimey, I reckon you should have informed us earlier. I don't even know when my own birthday is. Scratch that, I do. I was too busy thinking about you to remember! Tomorrow is going to have to be extra special now.

I hope your Mum writes you, Chase. I have a feeling she will.

If I didn't realize the date, how was I to have informed you? And you don't need to give me anything Cornelia. A nice quiet nice spent in the company of you is good enough for me. Now that you remember, when is your birthday Miss Stalk?

I'm sure she will too. Might just be a day or two late.

Hm. It must have been one of those things that just disappeared and didn't want to come back to you until it was almost here! It doesn't have to be completely quiet. I reckon we can make some noise. I could sing for you. I'll write you a song and perform it while sit you listen. But I also have another idea. It's in February, Mr Trimble.

Possibly. Though if I had forgotten completely it wouldn't have bothered me. Do you sing Cornelia? I didn't know that. I'd love to hear a song written for me. Never had anybody do that before. What's the other idea? And that's not very far away, on which day is your birthday?

Well even though she wanted me to move in with my dad two years ago, things have been a bit strained between us at times when she's dating some new bloke. And she just go rid of the old one...so it's hard to say.

That might annoy some people, so you would have to be careful. I would leave that to just before, otherwise they will get worn out by the holidays.

That is not very good. Do you write her, at least?

Well I've already been threatened with decapitation in the name of science, I don't know if they can do much worse then that. And that was before I was singing!

I do. Though I'm wondering sometimes if she's even getting them. I miss my dad, Morag.
