Brian and I celebrated our marriage with our friends and family on Sunday, June 20th. It was every bit as amazing and special as I ever dreamed my wedding would be. Together we make a beautiful family and it was wonderful being able to celebrate that with the people who matter to us most.

Gracyn is six months old today. I have all sorts of thoughts on that. I think they can best be summarized as "my baby is growing up." Chronologically 6 months doesn't sound like much but the changes and growth I've seen in her over it are incredible. So the thing i've learned about having kids is if you look away for a minute... they grow. Gracie is now holding her head up on her own and working hard towards rolling over. Occasionaly while she is having tummy time she will scream and thrash around until she winds up on her back but since she doesn't do so intentionally i'm told it doesn't count ( Read more... )
