I tried using the original Hulu plugin a few days ago without any luck. I haven't tried the update yet. I do make occasional use of a plugin called Navi-X which does carry a significant bit of content, some of which is in stunning quality(If I didn't know that it was streaming, I would swear it was straight from a DVD in the tray). But mostly I use XBMC to play videos I recorded to my fileserver through the TV.

I'll let you know if I get Hulu working in the next couple days.

I downloaded the patched version of the plugin. It didn't work. I could browse directories and all that, just not watch videos.

I don't know about XMBC, but content "providers" requested that the Boxee fork stop providing their content via Hulu.
