I'm afraid my hair looks terrible with ribbons in it. It's quite a shame, actually! And I have a pollen allergy that absolutely wrecks my already delicate health, so I'll have to pass on the flowers either.

On the other hand, I'm sure you'll look absolutely wonderful in a lacy ball gown. Perhaps it might help you with your goal of getting noticed as well...

Terrible. I'm told that my hair looks like an absolute disaster after I've braided it. In that case, I prefer white flowers. They go well with my sickly pale complexion. My, my, this whole banquet is certainly tiring. [Have a few quiet (fake) coughs.]

Well, Ms von Karma only specified that we must be in formal wear. There was certainly no mention of coming in clothing intended for our own gender.
