i think the total exhaustion of yesterday has been good for me. i mean, it's 9:30 and i am showered, dressed, and have good hair. if i were at home, i would be in bed and none of these things would be true. and that would be a shame.

i have become disillusioned, or maybe i just realized i've been holding on to this image of someone that no longer exists and hasn't existed for a long time. i've just been in denial. either way, it feels terrible. i think i believe too much in people and that i need to grow up.

i also need to go to bed.
